EVERWOOD
"EVERWOOD" is a 2.5D single player card games which you play a team of 4 forest adventurer on a journey to secure treasures and discoveries. Each of the player characters has their own main and passive abilities with unique attacking pattern that allow them to fend off incoming enemies and attain items. Players can arrange around the character's position to best manifest the advantage of their abilities, by placing them on attack zone and passive zone. Strategically think about the card placement will allow a more effective gameplay.

RESPONSIBILITY
In Everwood, I took the role of Technical/ VFX Artist, UI Programmer, UI/UX Designer, Artist
✦ Collaborated with a 3D artist to implement the background and game play scene. Optimized them with shaders, animations and lightings to create the overall mood
✦ Implemented all VFX behaviors of the cards, e.g when attack effect appear and towards where
✦ Visually developed the game's aesthetic through arranging shaders, lightings and animations
✦ Designed and implement all UI Functions (Art assets, animation, programming)

ELEMENT
✦ Incoming enemies, items and nothing card, row by row
✦ Players placed horizontally, attack orders goes from left to right
✦ Player cards attack first, enemy attack next
✦ Player cards in attack zone deals MAIN ABILITY; Player cards in passive zone deal PASSIVE ABILITY.
✦ RED ARROWS: Enemy attack pattern/direction
✦ BLUE ARROWS: Player attack pattern direction (can come in different variations
✦ Players cards position can be arranged and switch around each turn.
